(From the Kansas City Times) The nine Nelsons, who are really ten, since the tenth member of the family, a sunny-haired girl baby of not more than three years of age, does her "stunt," need no introduction or praise in Kansas City. Their work has lost none of its grace, and even to the least member of the family, there can be nothing said in criticism. A new feature of their act is a three-deck scaffold, on each platform of which a member of the family turns numberless back hand-vaults to the liveliest of music. The feat is wonderful and pleasing and closes the act of the wonderful family amid the thundering applause of the bewildered audience. |
